Work/Cooperation with universities

We work with academic centers and secondary schools, where students and students take part in our internships, during which they have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, and the best of them, after finishing education, become our employees.
 
We also organize meetings in which our guests have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the functioning of our company and the specificity of work in order to be able to confront their ideas with the realities of work in a pharmaceutical company.
 
We conduct activities in the field of knowledge exchange and experience cooperating, inter alia, with the Medical University of Wroclaw Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Industry (will be a logo and reference). University of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Management and Tourism in Jelenia Góra (will be logo and reference), as well as with the Secondary and Technical School Complex in Jelenia Góra, which educates future technicians of chemists and analysts (there will be a logo and reference). We also actively participate in Entrepreneurship Days – a one-day program of visits to companies or institutions for high school students.
 
The company engages in activities in the field of responsible business, also in the field of supporting economic development and supporting local labor markets. One of the elements of this cooperation is participation in the Board of Business and Administration Managers of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Tourism of the University of Economics in Wroclaw. The Council as an advisory and consultative body aims, among other things; participating in the implementation of the didactic process, supporting the Faculty’s cooperation with the socio-economic environment, evaluation and improvement of education programs in order to adapt them to the needs of the labor market.

Organization of practices and meetings are some of the areas realized with passion and commitment in cooperation with the academic environment.
